For me, the most unexpected challenge in running an online business has been getting adequate customer feedback. In most store front businesses getting feedback is somewhat easier because there is face to face contact with customers, and just importantly with those who chose not to become a customer. In the online world, as some of you might have experienced yourselves, communication is only ever established with a small fraction of the visitors to a site.
In an effort to increase customer input, an online survey has been added to the DbWrench website. The aim was to have a short and to the point survey. It is hoped the results of this survey will help direct and prioritize the development of DbWrench features and enhancments.
